Um, it’s turkey. While I realize this is a fairly typical answer, you may not realize I am referring to a very specific turkey. I grew up on this turkey. We got it every Thanksgiving and every Christmas. It is my favorite thing about the holidays. When this box would arrive on our doorstep, I knew it was finally the best time of the year.
